A man suffered a leg injury and a white Astra van was damaged during an incident in Gorleston.
It happened at the junction of Lowestoft Road with the High Street at around midday on Saturday, June 15.
A 39-year-old man from the Great Yarmouth area has been arrested in connection with this incident and has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
And officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
