A man who went missing from Thetford in May has been spotted in Essex, Lowestoft and Ipswich.
Roy Allen, 52, left his house on Edinburgh Way on the morning of May 21 and, although he has not returned home, is known to have visited outreach centres in the three areas in May and June.
He is described as white, 5ft 7in and of heavy build with a shaved head. He wears glasses and carries a grey rucksack.
Mr Allen does not have access to a car and has been walking long distances.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact Norfolk police on 101.
