Police closed a Norwich flyover after reports of concerns for a distressed man.
St Crispins Road, the flyover above Magdalen Street, near to Anglia Square, was closed in both directions while trained negotiators spoke to the man.
Police were called to the scene at 9.50pm tonight, and the incident was resolved and the road re-opened by 11.30pm.
