Police were called to a property in Dickens Court at 10.35pm on Saturday 14 November 2015 following reports of a disturbance.

Officers discovered Andrew McGowan who had sustained serious injuries and sadly died at the scene.

A Home Office post mortem examination, carried out yesterday revealed he died as a result of stab wounds.

Two people, a man in his 40s and a woman in her 30s, were arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning. Both have been bailed until 8 March 2016 pending further enquiries.

Detective Chief Inspector Tracey Little, from the Joint Norfolk and Suffolk Major Investigation Team, appealed again to for witnesses, saying: 'I would still be keen to hear from anyone who may have any information about the events leading up to Andrew's death, or anyone who may have seen any activity in the Dickens Court area at around 10pm on Saturday evening.

'It's important to both the investigation and to Andrew's family that we find out exactly what happened to him. Even if you believe your information may be insignificant, anything could help us to piece together Andrew's final movements.'

Anyone with information should contact Norfolk Constabulary's Major Investigation Team on 101, contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or through their Anonymous Online Form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org
