Police have confirmed that a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision in Wells and are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
The incident happened at around 5pm on Sunday, close to the B1105 junction and involved a Ducati and Harley Davidson, both travelling towards Holkham.
The Magpas Air Ambulance was called by the East of England Ambulance Service (EEAST) and a doctor and paramedic treated two patients.
The rider of the Ducati, a man in his 30s, had sustained multiple injuries including a suspected head and back injury.
Magpas also treated a young boy who sustained minor injuries and did not require treatment at the scene.
Paramedics from the ambulance crew treated a third patient, believed to be the rider of the Harley Davidson, for minor injuries.
The rider of the Ducati was later flown to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, while the two with minor injuries were taken by land ambulance to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
All three patient's injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
The road was closed while emergency services attended and was re-opened at 10.30pm.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has information concerning the riding manner of either vehicle.
