Police have today confirmed that the body found in a garden in Wenhaston, near Halesworth, is that of missing teenager Miller Redpath.
At about 1.10pm on October 24, an officer attended the home address of the 18-year-old as part of enquiries into his disappearance and while searching the premises a body was found in an overgrown rear garden.
At the time officers were unable to identify the deceased and additional tests were required, however Suffolk Police can now confirm that the body is that of Mr Redpath.
Officers continue to try and ascertain the cause of death but at this time it is not being treated as suspicious.
