Police called after horse spotted on A11 grass verge

Police have been called after a horse got loose at the side of the A11 near Thetford.

It happened after the animal got through an insecure fence and was spotted on the grass verge.

A Norfolk Police spokesman said officers would encourage the horse back into its paddock and speak to the owner about fixing the fence.
