Police appealing for help following thefts from cars in Worlingham

A black wallet, containing cash and cards, and an MP3 player have been stolen from a car in Worlingham.

Someone broke into to the black Ford car parked at Janet Hadenham Close between 8pm on Sunday, July 31, and 7.45am yesterday.

Police believe the incident may be linked to the theft of satellite navigation system from a Honda car at Park Drive between Sunday, July 31 and 8.20am yesterday morning.

• Anyone who was in the area and saw anything suspicious, or anyone with information about the thief or thieves, is asked to call PC 1082 Stott at the Crime Investigation Bureau on 01473 613500.

• Police are also urging motorists to remember to lock their cars and remove all valuables before leaving them unattended.
