Police are appealing for witnesses after a crash involving a lorry and a motorcycle near a layby on the A47 at Pentney.
The male motorcyclist was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn with critical injuries.
It happened at about 6.10pm yesterday.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or the manner of driving of either vehicle, should call the Norfolk Constabulary serious collision investigation team on 101.
