Police appeal for witnesses after car is ‘vandalised’

Witnesses are being sought after vandals damaged the wing mirror of a car parked in Lowestoft.

Police are seeking information in connection with the criminal damage to a vehicle incident, which is believed to have taken place at some time overnight on Thursday, June 22 and Friday, June 23.

A police spokesman said: 'The vehicle, a Toyota Yaris, had been parked outside a property in Rotterdam Road when a wing mirror was vandalised with such force that the glass shattered.'

Any witnesses or those with information about the criminal damage should call the Lowestoft Response Team at Suffolk Police on 101, quoting crime number 45454/17.
