Police are appealing for help from the public to trace a 29-year-old man who is wanted.
Officers would like to speak to Samuel Friend in connection with an incident in Norwich on New Year's Eve during which a number of people were allegedly assaulted.
He is also wanted in connection with a public order incident which happened January 6 in the morning in the city.
He is described as white, 5 foot 9 inches tall, of stocky build, with short blonde hair and has tattoos on his right arm and neck.
Friend has links to the Norwich area and police are keen to speak to anyone who may have information concerning his whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Friend is asked to contact Inspector Nik Hewitt at Hurricane Way Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
