Police appeal for information as burglars at work in villages

Detectives are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Bradenham.

It happened at a property in Hale Road between 2pm and 3.15pm on June 29 when suspect(s) broke in after smashing a glass pane in the rear window.

It appears that only a small amount of cash was stolen. Contact Detective Constable Alex Gilmour at Thetford CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Police are also appealing for information following an attempted burglary in Yaxham.

An unknown number of suspects attempted to force entry into a property in Norwich Road at around 5pm on June 26.

They were disturbed a member of public and were unsuccessful in entering the property, but damaged a glass panel in a window. Police want information about a black sports car acting suspiciously in the area. Contact DC Debbie Johnston on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
