Police are appealing for information after a 17-year-old girl was approached by a man in Lowestoft.
The girl became uncomfortable when a man in his 20s approached her when walking alone.
The incident happened on Thursday, October 6, at around 12.25pm at Station Square.
The man, who is described to have long blond hair, asked the girl to help him find a lost puppy, which he described as a 'rainbow-coloured dacshund.'
The girl left the scene unharmed, but police would like to speak to the man.
Anybody who saw anything suspicious, or believes they may know the identity of the man, are asked to call Suffolk Police on 101 quoting 59565/16.
