Police are keen to trace a woman who was verbally abused by a man on London Road North in Lowestoft.

Officers have identified the man, who was seen being verbally abusive to a number of people, and are investigating his behaviour.

They are keen to speak to the woman, who was wearing a white tunic-type top and black trousers, possibly a uniform, and was near the post office walking south towards the Bascule bridge.

The incident happened at about 3pm on Sunday, July 17.

Police are asking her or anyone who may have seen the man to come forward.
