Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorbike and car crashed into each other at Mundford, near Thetford.
The crash, which involved a blue Peugeot 406 estate and a blue Honda CB1300, happened at the A134 junction with Cranwich Road on Tuesday (February 21).
The Peugeot was travelling towards Mundford and the motorbike was travelling towards King's Lynn.
After the crash the man riding the Honda CB1300 was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in King's Lynn, with a broken arm.
Anyone who witnessed the collision should contact PC Chris Bradley at Swaffham Road Policing on 101.
