Police are appealing for information after an incident of criminal damage in Lowestoft.

At around 7.30am on Thursday, April 14, a man was reportedly seen damaging the rear door and front window of a white Volkswagon Polo parked in The Avenue, near to the Miller Close junction.

He was challenged by a member of the public before running off.

The suspect is described as white, of thin build and was wearing a dark hoody.
