Police are appealing for the victim of an assault to come forward after an incident in Marine Parade around 4.40am on Saturday.
Officers attended to reports of a fight outside Pizza Express and subsequently arrested a 24-year-old man on suspicion of affray.
He has now been bailed to return to police on April 12.
The incident was captured on CCTV and this shows an unknown victim being assaulted.
So far the victim has not contacted police and officers.
