Police appeal after door is damaged during attempted burglary in Flixton

Police are appealing for information following an attempted burglary in Flixton.

The incident happened between 8pm on Friday and midday on Saturday in St Felix Rise. An attempt was made to enter the property through a rear door, and damage was caused to the handle and lock in the process, although entry was not gained.

Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area during those times or with information relating to the incident should call DC Robert Brotherston at Waveney CID on 101 quoting reference BE/14/327, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
