Police are appealing for witnesses today after a 22-year-old motorcyclist suffered serious head injuries in a collision with a car at Nordelph, near Downham Market.
The crash, which involved a green Kawasaki motorcycle and silver Peugeot 406 Estate, happened on the A1122, close to the former Chequers Public House, at 12.10pm yesterday.
The male motorcyclist, from the Downham area, suffered serious head injuries and was air lifted to the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital where his condition is described as “stable”.
The 71-year-old male driver of the Peugeot from King's Lynn was uninjured.
