The developers of the Thetford Riverside Development say the scheme has taken a 'big step' forward after a new floor was built.
Recent photos taken during a regular site inspection at the Bridge Street site reveal that the regeneration project is making good progress.
Once finished, the development will host The Light cinema, a Travelodge hotel and several cafe and restaurant units.
It is being developed by Breckland Bridge, a joint venture between Breckland Council and The Land Group.
The developers said it is 'firmly on course' to be finished by autumn 2016.
