The chimney-pot plants were recovered from a builders' yard.

The suspect has been released on bail while enquiries continue and police have issued photos of the property in a bid to trace the rightful owners.

Investigating officer PC Chris Dewing, said: 'A number have been identified as stolen but it is possible that residents haven't realised the pots have been taken or haven't reported thefts to police.'

If you believe the property is yours, contact either PC Dewing or PC Tina Read at Stalham Police Station on 101.
