Hundreds of people flocked to the Poringland fete on Saturday.

Stallholders reported brisk business as hundreds of families came through the gates of the Recreation Ground.

Linda Franklin from Norwich said: 'It has gone very well. I'm very impressed with the different stalls and the way people are spending.'

Chrissy Sturgess, 29, who runs fudge company Fudgalous in East Harling said: 'It's my first time at the fete but it has been really good.'

The event included a display of classic cars, falconry display, stalls, a circus workshop and rides.
