A band of snow showers is working its way across the county this morning, settling in some areas.

It is expected to clear up by noon, with a dry and bright afternoon ahead.

Chris Bell, weather forecaster at Weatherquest, said: 'There is a pretty large area of snow showers moving across the county from Cromer, across to Dereham and down towards Wymondham.

'Almost all of the county is going to see a few showers, even Norwich or Great Yarmouth.'

He said it would clear away for a dry and bright afternoon.

Mr Bell expected there to be some light rain or sleet tomorrow morning.
