A person was trapped in a car after a crash on the Tesco petrol station forecourt in Sprowston.
Fire crews from Sprowston and Carrow were on the scene for over an hour and used hydraulic equipment to free them.
Emergency services were called to the store on Blue Boar Lane at around 2pm today.
Two people were assessed by the ambulance service and after minor treatment were discharged.
