A pensioner was airlifted to hospital yesterday following a two vehicle crash on the A1075 at Breckles.
The 80-year-old woman suffered a leg injury in the collision that happened at about 1.15pm on Saturday on the road between Thetford and Watton.
Two fire crews from East Harling and Watton also attended to release the woman who was trapped in her car.
Anglia One from the East Anglian Air Ambulance landed on a nearby field and took the injured woman to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital at 2.15pm.
