A 77-year-old pedestrian is fighting for his life after being knocked down by a car in Hanworth, north Norfolk.

HANWORTH:A 77-year-old pedestrian is fighting for his life after a collision with a car in north Norfolk. The man was injured in the collision with a red Rover as he crossed the A140 Norwich to Cromer road at Hanworth. He is in a critical condition at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident, which happened at about 5pm on Monday. Anyone with information should contact PC Chris Tremlin at North Walsham road policing on 0845 456 4567.
