The air ambulance was scrambled after a pedestrian was hit by a car in Spixworth.
An East Anglian Air Ambulance spokesman said they were called to a crash involving a pedestrian and a car in Spixworth at just after 9am on Saturday (January 13).
A man in his 30s suffered arm injuries and was taken to hospital by land ambulance.
The spokesman said they landed on the playing field at Spixworth Village Hall to attend the incident and were using the red 'back up' air ambulance due to another helicopter being serviced.
