A woman was taken to hospital this afternoon following a crash near Elveden.
A black Ford Fiesta Zetec and white Ford Transit van collided on the B1106 shortly after midday.
Police and the fire service were called at 12.10pm
A fire crew from Bury St Edmunds and one from Thetford rescued the woman passenger who was trapped.
She was taken to the West Suffolk Hospital in Bury by ambulance.
The B1106 was shut in both directions between the Elveden Crossroads with the A11 and West Stow.
