The owners of the Ingham Swan have confirmed they'll be anywhere but in the background after a fire destroyed their premises on Sea Palling Road.
Co-owners Greg Adjemian and chef patron Daniel Smith have today announced they'll be launching pop-up events, as well as confirming they're looking to be back in business next year.
The Ingham Swan was destroyed early on Monday morning, as a result of what is believed to be an electrical fault.
Greg Adjemian, said: 'We're already looking at doing pop-up events for the Ingham Swan menu across other venues. Whether it's some nights at the Warwick Street Social or the Wildebeest, we're looking at bringing the Swan menus or the Great British Menu across for events, as well as adding signature Swan dishes to the options at our other restaurants.'
A great number of staff will also be redeployed to the other venues run by the pair.
Mr Adjemian continued: 'We want to redeploy our talent so that they don't miss out either. We're already looking at a time frame of 18 months to get the Ingham Swan back up and running, which we think is doable thanks to the team that's pulled together in the last 24 hours.'
Following the success of winning multiple awards at the Norfolk Food and Drink Awards on September 11, the team are determined to build on their achievements.
Mr Adjemian added: 'We want to hit the ground running and keep building on the achievements of last night. This is an opportunity for us to bring new technology and techniques into our kitchen, to really elevate the culinary experience at the Ingham Swan, and keep chasing those accolades.'
The destroyed building will also be reimagined, he continued: 'We're looking at the flow and design of the building as well, so that we can give customers a better dining experience.'
The team have been overwhelmed by the response from customers and businesses alike.
Mr Adjemian said: 'It was bittersweet at the Food and Drink awards but the genuine support from our fellow businesses, suppliers and customers is such an affirmation of what we do and what it means to people.
'We'll be keeping everyone up to date on social media about when events are happening.'
