ROYAL wedding excitement is cheering the nation – including these youngsters in Ormesby.

Little girls holding posies mingled with boys in patriotic colours as the village infant school rolled out the red carpet for dozens of mini royals.

Schools across the borough toasted Prince William and Kate Middleton at various events today ahead of tomorrow's Westminster Abbey wedding.
