The incident happened at around 9pm last night on Low Road, Shelton, near Long Stratton.
It has not yet been confirmed how many people were in the car.
The East of England Ambulance were called and provided trauma care, helped by two Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service crews from Long Stratton and Harleston fire stations.
The fire crews had to extricate the person from the car using heavy rescue equipment.
They also made the vehicle and scene safe.
South Norfolk police tweeted 'all parties thankfully ok'.
