Three cars were involved in a crash in Beetley, near Dereham, yesterday evening, in which one person died.
The accident occurred on the B1110 Holt road at about 5.20pm on Thursday, May 12, and the road was blocked in both directions at the Peacock Lane junction.
One casualty, whose leg was trapped in one of the cars, was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and one person was declared dead at the scene, a spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said.
Two fire crews from Dereham attended.
