Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision in Acle at 3.50pm.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said one person was taken to the James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston with minor injuries following a collision on Old Market Close, near the A47 New Road.
It is understood two vehicles were involved in the crash which lead to traffic delays.
