A Norwich woman has won a national competition to win the price back of her car.
Wendy Jones thought things couldn't get any better when she purchased a new car from Thurlow Nunn Norwich but little did the sales manager know that a few months later she would win the value of it back.
Mrs Jones received the prize of £14,481, the price that she had paid for her Vauxhall Astra from the fine city's dealership on Hall Road.
She said: 'It was a lovely surprise when I received the letter telling me I had won the value of my car, I genuinely couldn't believe it. At the start I thought it was joke as I couldn't believe I'd won such an amazing prize.
'In fact I nearly put the letter in the bin but I'm very glad I had second thoughts and checked with Thurlow Nunn.'
