Horror fans have the chance to be amongst the first in the country to watch IT with midnight (00:01) screenings at ODEON Norwich.

Based on Stephen King's classing 1986 novel, the adaptation follows a group of children forced to face their biggest fears when they square off against evil clown Pennywise.

Film fans have been eagerly anticipating the movie's release on Friday, September 8, with the first trailer racking up more than 197 million views within 24 hours of being online.

Sylvia Woon, Interim Commercial Director at ODEON UK & Ireland, said: 'The highly-anticipated return of Pennywise to the big screen promises to send chills down guests' spines. We hope to see as many guests through our doors as possible at midnight – if they dare.'

Tickets for the spooky screenings are on sale now in 2D and IMAX, with prices ranging from £10.25 to £17.25.
