Staff and members at a Norwich leisure centre raised 147 for the British Heart Foundation.

Riverside Leisure Centre took part in the charity's Wear Red Day, while creche supervisor Karen Fulcher made and sold cakes and cookies to help boost the total. The centre also held a raffle to win a Norwich City Football Club signed football.

Phil Wright, contract manager at Riverside Leisure Centre, said: 'The Wear Red Day was a huge success, and we are really proud of the team for the amount of effort they put in to raise as much money as possible.'
