A Norwich drama group for children and young adults is looking for new members to appear in a production of James and the Giant Peach.
The Moss Banks Drama Group is for eight to 20-year-olds, and it plans to present a production of the classic Roald Dahl story at The Garage in Norwich from October 18 to 20. The company is looking to cast the roles of James, his aunt, and the giant insects which accompany James on his adventure.
The drama group meets every Thursday from 6pm until 8pm at Rosebery Road Methodist Church Hall in Norwich and offers a free taster session to new members. Currently the group is working on a one-act comedy called The Lift, which explores everything that could go wrong in an elevator. This will be performed at the church hall on April 27 at 7.30pm and entry is free. For more about the group, visit www.mossbanks.co.uk or email dramagroupnorwich@mossbanks.co.uk
