A North Walsham man is due to appear in court tomorrow following the death of a woman in a car crash last year.
Early on the morning of Saturday, April 27 a black Hyundai Santa Fe and a blue Toyota Aygo were in collision on the A146 at Hales.
The female driver of the Toyota died in hospital as a result of injuries sustained in the crash.
The 38-year-old man from North Walsham has been summonsed to answer a charge of causing death by dangerous driving at Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court tomorrow.
