The 'good old days' are returning to a Norfolk town with an annual archive calendar now available for 2020.
A firm favourite with those who grew up in the town and also newcomers interested in its history, copies of the North Walsham and District Community Archive 2020 are sent all over the world via its website.
The archive has been running for more than 12 years and is managed by a group of volunteers with backgrounds in history, local photographs and the area.
Archive chairman Wayne Beauchamp said: "We picked more great photos for this edition which represent the variety of aspects of the town's history, some only recently discovered.
"Producing a calendar is a great way to safeguard photos for future generations.
"We digitise all the photos we find to the best possible quality and then we make back-up copies, but the more copies of these photos that exist, spread over so many locations, means their chances of survival are that much greater.

"Therefore, by owning one of these calendars, you are helping the community safeguard its valuable photographic heritage.
"A calendar also supports our mission statement to make the photos available for all.
"We have a very successful website and Facebook group but we are aware that not everybody has access to the internet so the calendar will allow anybody to own copies of these photos."
Profits made from calendar sales will again be used by the archive group for future projects such as the recent acquisition of a whole collection of original glass half-plate negatives of the town from 1911-1914, one of which made the calendar.
Mr Beauchamp added: "This purchase would not have been possible without the funds raised from calendar sales and Atrium exhibitions, so we are very grateful for the public's support."
Still produced in North Walsham and printed locally, calendars are available in the town from Swallows Coffee Shop, Express Printing & Stationery, North Walsham Community Shop and North Walsham Heritage Centre.
The calendars, again priced at £5 each, will also be available via www.northwalshamarchive.co.uk as usual.
