A Norfolk's high school musical sold out for every night of its performance.
The Diss High School's recent performances of Andrew Lloyd Webber's, The Next Generation School of Rock - The Musical, ran out of tickets as theatre goers jumped at the chance to see the schools rendition.
The musical follows an out-of-work rock singer and guitarist who pretends to be a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school. After identifying the musical talent in his students, he forms a band of fifth-graders, in an attempt to win the upcoming Battle of the Bands contest.
The cast and band performed well with praised performances from Will Ashwood as Dewey, and Eloise Whittaker as Rosalie Mullins.
Amy Bishop, director and producer and Richard Beckett musical director, were congratulated by the cast and audience.
