A man from Norfolk has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving in connection with a fatal accident in Cornwall last year.
Margaret Connelly, 39, from the Newquay area, was killed in the four-vehicle crash on the A30 between Highgate Hill and Victoria, near Bodmin, on October 2.
David Allen Rushbrook, 26, from West Winch, King's Lynn, has been charged and released on bail, confirmed Devon and Cornwall police.
He is due to attend Bodmin Magistrates' Court on April 5.
