Club leader Keith Robinson said: “To see the smiles on the patients faces is lovely. We are bringing kind thoughts and Christmas spirit and it is very appreciated. It is a difficult time to be in hospital and I hope this brings a little pleasure.”

Patient Michael Gibson, from Sutton, said: “This was very generous and a nice surprise. Fingers crossed I will be home for Christmas and will wait to open the presents until then.”
