A special fund raising party is being organised at Binham Memorial Hall on December 31.

There'll be a live band with vocal trio the Voxettes, a DJ, hog roast and chocolate fountain.

Tickets, which cost £25 a head, include all this plus a glass of something fizzy at midnight.

An auction will be held on the night to raise monies for the charity Ellie's Love, which was set up in memory of Colkirk schoolgirl Ellie Loades to support young people suffering from Cystic fibrosis.

Ellie passed away, aged 16, in November 2013, after battling the condition throughout her life.

Her aunt, Ann Loades, said: 'We have had some lovely items donated for the auction which include an annual car park pass for both Wells and Holkham Beach car parks, a flight from Little Snoring airfield around the Norfolk Coast in a two-seater plane, an overnight stay at The Ship in Brancaster with dinner and breakfast, a hot air balloon ride and golf for four people at Dunston Hall with a meal to follow amongst other things.'
