A new art festival showcasing the talents of local and national artists will be coming to King’s Lynn.
The six-week festival combining live performance, projection and augmented reality is set to take place from mid November, thanks to a £49,000 grant from the Arts Council England.
Following on from Collusion’s successful interactive showcase in September 2017, West Norfolk council will work with the experimental arts organisation to design and curate the project.
Councillor Elizabeth Nockolds, cabinet member for culture, heritage and health, said: “Securing this funding is excellent news for the town and wouldn’t be possible without the support of our partners.
“Collusion’s experience here will be invaluable as they certainly created a buzz in the town with their showcase project last year.
“Having a festival to brighten up the dark winter nights will be great for the area and hopefully attract people from further afield into the town for the evening.”
