Artists from around the world are set to exhibit their work in an art fair being held in Norwich next month.
Art Fair East, in association with Musker McIntyre, is set to take place at St Andrew's Hall from June 4 to 7 and organisers believe it is the first international art fair for the region.
Artist Will Teather, co-founder of Art Fair East, said: 'We have been working really hard to pull together this exhibition, which sees artists from Russia, Africa, Spain, London and across the UK.
'It is our first year, and the first time an event of this nature has taken place in our area, so we're really excited.
'We aimed to bring the art world to our doorstep, and this will hopefully be a sign of more things to come. We really hope the public get behind us and make this exhibition the success it deserves to be.
'Visitors will get to meet many art experts at the event, plus most of the artists whose work is on display.
'We're pleased to say that there will also be artists showing from the eastern region, such as printmaker Melanie Goemans from Cambridgeshire, Suffolk abstract artist Paul Hird, and Norfolk painter Helen Breach.'
The fair is founded by Norwich-based arts professionals Will Teather and Brian Korteling, who will also be displaying their own artwork. Mr Teather is well-known for creating paintings that combine an unusual imagination with a mastery of traditional skills. His paintings often depict curious characters caught up in extraordinary situations, and his work has featured in exhibitions and publications around the world.
Mr Korteling has managed a graphic design company and is a designer, curator and visual artist. He has organised a range of exhibitions in the region over the past five years.
Art Fair East will run from June 4 to 7 at St Andrew's Hall in Norwich.
