Riverside Entertainment, who run the Riverside development in Norwich held the screening at the Odeon cinema in the complex.

The children, who have benefited from the support of charity Nelson’s Journey, were given the red carpet treatment, a special poster from the film and packs containing water and popcorn when they entered the screen.

There was also a dinosaur ‘pop-up park’ outside the cinema with an archaeology area and dinosaur models.

More than £319 was raised for Nelson’s Journey on the night.

Gena Moore, corporate marketing and funding officer for Nelson’s Journey said: “It was lovely to give families who have received support after the death of a special person a night of respite and fun, that they might not otherwise have been able to enjoy.”
