A motorist has died after suffering from a cardiac arrest at the wheel.
Ambulance crews, including two rapid response vehicles, were called to the incident on the A149 Yarmouth Road in Dilham at around 11am today.
A spokesman from the East of England Ambulance Service said: 'The man had fallen ill at the wheel and went into cardiac arrest. Despite the crew's best efforts, he was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.'
The road between North Walsham and Stalham was closed for about an hour and a half while crews attended to the man, aged in his early-60s.
No one was injured and no other vehicle was involved.
The next-of-kin have been informed.
