A man in his 20s has been arrested after being stopped by police in Great Yarmouth early this morning.
Officers stopped a vehicle on Marine Parade in Great Yarmouth at 12.30am.
The vehicle was found to have no insurance and was seized by the police.
Inside the vehicle police found a wooden black bat and a lock knife.
The man who is from the Colchester area was taken into custody, where he remains at Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre.
