A motorcyclist has been taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious life changing injuries following a crash at Wretham this morning.
The accident is still blocking Watton Road after the motorbike collided with a car at 6.20am and ambulance crews were joined at the scene by volunteer doctors from the Suffolk Accident Rescue Service (SARS).
The rider, a man in his 30s, was given pain-killing drugs by a SARS doctor before being taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Local diversions have been put in place.
