More than 100 people were left without power last night (Thursday) when an overhead line came down at Barnham, near Thetford.
Power was interrupted at about 5.20pm which left 142 people without electricity. While it was restored to the majority after just over an hour, the final 46 had to wait until almost 10pm.
A spokeswoman for UK Power Network said the cause was being investigated and added: 'We do appreciate how difficult it is to be without power and would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.'
Fire crews were initially called to the scene but later stood down.
